Phở Ba Bà means “Three Grandma Phở”
 This concept was inspired by the paternal (Bà Nội), maternal (Bà Ngoại) and God Grandma (Bà Cô) of our founder Ibu Mai.
 
 All Three Grandma’s have had an impact on Ibu Mai through her childhood upbringing. They cooked and fed her with the simple Vietnamese food during the difficult war years of Ibu Mai’s childhood.
 
 Her maternal Grandmother (Bà Ngoại) had a little Pho stall in the province of Nam Định in North Vietnam. Nam Định is acknowledged as the birthdplace of this iconic Vietnamese dish called “Phở”.
 Our Phở Ba Bà concept was created to remember this happy period in all our lives when our Grandmother’s love is felt strongly through gifts of food.
