Requirements
• Purchasing & Negotiation Skills – Ability to source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Knowledge of F&B Equipment – Understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and restaurant supplies.
• Inventory & Cost Control – Ability to monitor stock levels and manage procurement budgets.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Identifying cost-saving solutions without compromising quality.
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with standards.
• Communication & Coordination – Strong skills in vendor communication and internal collaboration.
