Job Description
The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dishwashing areas. This position is responsible for washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly.
Requirements
• Max. 35 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and food storage spaces.
• Properly sort and dispose of waste and recyclables according to restaurant policies.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, counters, and workstations regularly.
