Brand Manager

This role will responsible to handle one or more Brand with couple of outlets. He/she has to make sure operational, service, and product quality of all outlets given as on SOP, sales target achieved and make sure customer satisfaction.

• At least 10 years working experience in F&B Industry, preferably from Service Restaurant/Hotel and at least 3 years experience as Manager.
• Have experience in supervise more than one Service Restaurant/Store/Outlet at a time.
• Good leadership, communication, analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Understand all the process of restaurant operational.
• Have the ability to analyze the market, competitor and customer needs to prepare the strategy to achieve sales target.
• Willing to be located in Jabodetabek Area.
