Job Description

 The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring excellent service standards, maximizing customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining health and safety standards, controlling budgets, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance business performance. 

Requirements

    • Proven experience (at least 3–5 years) as an F&B Manager or Operation Manager in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
    • Excellent understanding of F&B financials, cost control, and inventory management.
    • Familiarity with food hygiene and safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
    • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proficient in using F&B management software and MS Office Suite.
