
Marketing Support Executive
Job Description
The Marketing Support Executive is responsible for supporting the marketing department in executing campaigns, managing customer engagement tools, and tracking performance. This role focuses on CRM and loyalty program management, WhatsApp Business communication, and coordinating customer follow-ups. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support, CRM, or customer service-related role (F&B or retail experience preferred).
- Experience using CRM platforms or WhatsApp Business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent problem-solving and follow-up abilities for handling customer issues.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well both independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with loyalty program operations and customer experience best practices is a plus.
