
Area Manager
Job Description
This role will be responsible to manage operational for some outlets at a time. He/she will supervise and lead end-to-end process of operational outlet including sales and reports.
Requirements
- At least 7 years working experience in F&B industry, preferably from restaurant/hotel and at least 2 years experience as Manager.
- Have experience in supervise more than one restaurant/store/outlet at a time.
- Good leadership, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Understand all the process of restaurant operational.
- Have the ability to analyze the market, competitor and customer needs to prepare the strategy to achieve sales target.
- Willing to be located in Jabodetabek Area.
