Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Manage and oversee social media content, digital campaigns, and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, collaborations, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to support store openings, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand identity.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
    • Experience in campaign planning, brand partnerships, and promotional strategies.
    • Creative mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with multiple projects.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and budget management.
