Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Manage and oversee social media content, digital campaigns, and offline marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, collaborations, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Work closely with the operations team to support store openings, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand identity.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Experience in campaign planning, brand partnerships, and promotional strategies.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with multiple projects.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and budget management.
