Leasing Supervisor

This position responsible for identify and analyze new potential locations for new outlets, also to build and manage relationship with the building owner for new and existing outlets.

• At least 3 years working experience as leasing or business development, preferably in Mall/retail industry.
• Able to identify and analyze potential locations for new outlets, including feasibility studies.
• Well developed communication and negotiation skill.
• Good business correspondence and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel as necessary.
