Assistant Restaurant Manager

 We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the restaurant manager in running a successful establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to manage staff efficiently. 

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cost management
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
