Job Description
The HR Manager for Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources management for a food and beverage establishment. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and ensuring that the F&B team operates at optimal efficiency while adhering to company values and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software.
