Uraian tugas utama / tanggung jawab CDP adalah :

  1. Tanggung jawab terhadap kualitas makanan yang di proses di dapur, meliputi rasa, standard ingredient, kesegaran bahan baku, ketepatan lama memasak dan lainnya
  2. Tanggung jawab terhadap operational di dapur, meliputi disiplin crew kitchen, grooming, absensi dan hal lainnya
  3. Tanggung jawab terhadap training / pelatihan crew kitchen agar SOP dapat di jalan kan dengan tepat, kualitas crew kitchen yang lebih baik sehingga dapat mengikuti standard kualitas tenaga kerja perusahaan
  4. Tanggung jawab terhadap kebersihan dapur secara keseluruhan
